Boubyan Bank is developing and building a new bank headquarters building on 3,960 sqm sized plot on an assemblage of land located in a strategic and valuable location in the heart of Kuwait City. The tower will include all departments and companies affiliated with Boubyan Bank, with a capacity of 1,500 employees, 537 Car Park, a total area of about 80,000 square meters, 43 floors with height of about 193.1 meters, providing an ideal working environment for the bank’s staff

The building was designed according to the highest standards of modern technology, in order to achieve the requirements of banking work, and to preserve the environment in accordance with the requirements of the US Green Building Council, through the Leadership in Energy and Environment (LEED) design system, noting the adoption of the building’s operating system to be among the smart systems (Smart Building).

Project Location : The site is located in Sharq area Block 2 along Abdullah Al Ahmed Street (First Ring Road) opposite to Museum of Modern Art.
