The Sharq waterfront Development Project is considered one of the most important properties on the Kuwait waterfront located for 2 Km wide on Arabic Gulf with Total Land area is 328,274 m2, characterized by the presence of the most significant historical and cultural landmarks of the State of Kuwait. It brings together many historical monuments that tell stories of the founding and development of Kuwait, as well as cultural and commercial landmarks that reflect the progress and development that Kuwait has achieved at the Arab and international levels.

The project has been awarded to the investor “United Marasi for Land and Real Estate Management and Development Company S.P.C” who submits the best offer to the Public-Private Partnership Projects Authority in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance – State Property Contracts Department.

The project has been awarded to the Main Contractor First United Co. with Total Contract Value KD 24,500,000- and 18-months Duration, as a fast Track Project designed by AGi Architects which will complete Trade Provisional Sum (TPS) packages within first 6 months.
