Construction, completion, maintenance, renovation and development of kuwait Ministries complex buildings.

The Ministries Complex, which has an area of 150,000 m2; is located in a very busy area of Al-Murgab in the Kuwaiti Capital, Kuwait City, and consists of 19 blocks accommodating six ministries: Housing, Endowment, Industry and Commerce, Social Affairs, Justice, and Finance. The complex holds 60,000 employees; its canopied courtyards have lifts to serve employees and the 13,000 daily visitors to various Ministry offices. The Complex is surrounded by the east, south & north by surface car parking areas totaling 5,900 spaces, and has been constructed above two levels of basement parking containing a further 1,800 spaces. The existing buildings are built around the 1980s and no longer meet the requirements of the Kuwait Ministry.
