The project consists of Tower building and Podium building with external landscape works.
The Tower consists of 50 floors above the ground floor, and the building has structural steel facade extending up to 20 meters in height from the topmost floor. The podium is constructed of structural steel members for all three levels including ground floor. Tower and Podium consist of (4) basements which are used for car park.
