Established in 1995, First United Co. has gained unprecedented success in the construction industry by handling business with a unique approach based on strong, unwavering ethics, fairness to our clients and the environment, hard work to ensure only the best results and a performance record that reflects our commitment to the work that we do.

With a core staff of 600 dedicated employees, First United Co. has accumulated the resources and expertise to handle any job within the field of construction. Under the direction of experienced senior managers, First United Co. adds a wealth of information and know-how to all projects undertaken by ensuring that the appropriate resources are assigned to and available for deployment at the agreed time.

With revenues exceeding KD 310,000,000 (USD 1,591,500,000), First United Co. has the financial strength to guarantee the fiscal stability of any project undertaken. The Company also has an initial capital of KD 2,500,000 (USD 8,800,000) and has various bank facilities. Our bonding capacity and credit stature are among the highest in the construction industry.

First United Co.’s previous successes include work completed in all areas of construction, however, primarily in high-rise buildings, general housing including residential complexes, estates and private villas, hospitals and private medical facilities, parks and other areas of recreation, single and multi-storied car parks, restaurants, supermarkets, mosques, schools, industrial plants, water and theme parks.

First United Co. was awarded the highest accolade in its field by the American Systems Registrar (Tuv). The ISO 9001:2000 certificate in Quality Management placed First United Co. as the leader in the field of quality construction. We are listed in the ASR’s directory for registered companies, and the Central Tenders Committee (CTC) has also classified First United Co. as a Grade 1 contractor in Civil Works.

The Central Tenders Committee (CTC) has classified First United as Grade 4 contractors in Roads & External Service Construction.

In addition, First United Co. Project Managers and Engineers are all familiar with local codes and each project manager is responsible to liaise in between First United Co. and Kuwait Municipality for their project.
